One of the co-directors of Avengers: Endgame wants to direct a Batman Movie. Joe Russo, famed for his involvement in the MCU. The acclaimed director has revealed the film he’d choose to make, if he ever worked with DC.
Of course its Batman. Cue the cheesy joke… I wish I could just snap my fingers and make it happen.
Joe, along with brother Anthony, was originally known for his TV work. That all changed when they started their Marvel career with Captain America: Winter Soldier. Their most recent outing, Endgame, has currently grossed over $2 billion dollars worldwide within a few weeks of the film opening. It also marks the end of their time with Marvel. Well, for now at least.
It’s may never happen, but could you imagine the Russo stamp on a Dark Knight movie? Given the fact Marvel have given them much of their success, its a safe bet they wont switch allegiances anytime soon, but never say never.
