Normally, I don’t pay too much attention on the sales charts on comics and the over all on who is beating who and what’s selling more. Still, I found this to be interesting . Newsarama has put out the 2012’s Market Share chart , Comparative Sales Data for February.
For the second month in a row, DC Comics’ the New 52 has achieved a rare sweep of the industry’s top 10 selling comic books for February 2012, but for the first time since DC’s historic relaunch of their line in September 2011, Marvel Comics is on top of both of the Diamond Comic Distributors Market Share charts.
According to sales data released by Diamond about the comic book Direct Market on Friday, Justice League # 6 and Batman #6 are again the two best selling comic book titles in North America. Marvel’s Uncanny X-Men #6 was their best selling title of the month (#11).
