‘Batwoman’ Pilot Eyed to Start Filming in April 2019

While Kate Kane/Batwoman (Ruby Rose) hasn’t even made her live-action debut in the upcoming “Elseworlds” crossover event yet, her solo series looks to be gaining some traction.

Following the possibility of a 2019 release date, naturally production information was going to hit the scene very soon. Well, Bat-fans, wait no longer! In a recent tweet from DiscussingFilm, there are rumours floating around that the Pilot episode of Batwoman will begin production as early as April 2019! You can check out the original tweet below.

Due to the fact that this series could be making a mid-season debut over on the CW, this date certainly seems very likely to be true, however, as with everything, take it with a pinch of salt until something more concrete is announced!

Despite having not even made her appearance in the epic CW crossover event slated to begin this weekend, the excitement on this one is extremely real. From all of the footage and photos that have been released lately, Ruby Rose looks as though she is going to be fantastic as Batwoman, and the thought of her solo series being only a year away is too much to think about!
