The fan-favorite comic storyline gets animated in Batman: The Long Halloween Part One.

The next DC Animated movie will adapt the critically acclaimed The Long Halloween. As it’s done in the past for stories that have more meat to them, Warner Bros. Animation will release the latest Batman movie in two parts. Check out the trailer for Part One below!

Supernatural’s Jensen Ackles puts the cowl on as Batman for this two-part story. Batman: The Long Halloween isn’t Ackles’ first foray into the world of DC, as he previously played the titular character in the animated feature Batman: Under the Red Hood and also appeared in Smallville as Jason Teague.
