iPhone in the shape of the Tumbler from Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight trilogy is indescribably awesome.
Let’s get this out of the way, I do not like Apple devices. Sure, they may be reliable and relatively sleek, but the price really turns me off. They’re at least $200-$300 more than anything else and it’s often the case that the parts within the Apple device are not nearly worth as much as the retail price. Regardless of how I feel about them, iPhones and iPods are ubiquitous and as a result, cool stuff ends up being released for it. For instance, this incredible phone case.
Yes, this humongous thing is an iPhone case. Aside from the fact that it’s awesome, it’s got some cool practical features as well. You can extend and retract the front wheels of the thing to access the ports at the top. It’s got LED lights on it for easier detection in the dead of night, when you’re scouring the rooftops looking for crime. Also, it might give you away if you’re trying to hide in the shadows. Oh? That’s still not awesome enough for you? The damn thing has a bat signal in it!
The wonderful folks at Bandai are responsible for this incredible gift to the world and surprisingly, you won’t be breaking the bank on this iPhone case. I’m a cheap skate, but I think this thing is worth the $57 price tag. Problem is that it won’t be out until March of next year. Unfortunately pre-order is closed, but you can just sit and stare at it here.
