Collectibles company Mondo unveiled their Batgirl action figure based on her look from the original Batman: The Animated Series.
The figure is touted to be a 1/6th scale collectible toy. It also comes with a ton of features and accessories. It stands at an impressive 10.5 inches tall.
The figure includes three masked portraits, an unmasked Barbara Gordon head sculpt, interchangeable hands, swap-out hair pieces, one solo batarang, one rope attached batarang, binoculars, mace, bolo balls, grappling hook, two different plastic capes for various posing options, and a figure stand with the bat-logo base.
If you have seen the “Batgirl” episodes from Batman: The Animated Series, then you will recognize that each of these weapons were all featured in her debut episodes. But to show how much attention to detail Mondo gave to this figure, the most unique accessory is Wubby- Barbara Gordon’s childhood teddy bear that she talked to occasionally. Now that is some deep cut BTAS trivia.
This figure is the latest in the long line-up of characters based on Batman: The Animates Series. So far, the line-up includes: Batman, Robin, Joker, Harley Quinn, Clayface, Two-Face, Poison Ivy, Man-Bat, Scarecrow, and Bane.
