The scuttlebutt surrounding a female character in the upcoming film by Zack Snyder has it rumored to be Mercy Graves (Luthor’s female bodyguard from the Superman: The Animated Series), Wonder Woman or a love interest for Bruce Wayne. The sometimes dead on, sometimes totally off (as happens with rumors), Latino Review posted today with further speculation on the Batman vs. Superman casting.
El Mayimbe doesn’t give us a character or any names of the actresses considered, but according to his sources it sounds like it may not be Wonder Woman. It sounds more and more like a love interest for Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck). Four actresses are up for the role and an announcement could be made by Warner Bros. any minute now.
“Do I think it’s Wonder Woman? No. I put in some calls and the professionals I know that work in talent don’t think so either. They think it’s a love interest for Bruce Wayne. Could both them and I be wrong? Sure, anything is possible.”

None of this strikes me as major breaking news or revelations but it could mean lots of answers on casting and possible plot points coming forward over the next few weeks.
