On July 7th, Christopher Nolan will be honored at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre. He will be joining the selected few of a 200 people who have been honored with the prints of their hands and feet. Warner Bros.’ Jeff Robinov stated this about the director:
“Everyone at Warner Bros joins me in congratulating Christopher Nolan, who has been such an integral part of our family for the past 12 years. We are extremely proud of the cinematic legacy he has given us through his films. At only 41, Christopher takes his place alongside other industry giants featured at Grauman’s, and generations of fans will remember the extraordinary impression he left on their imaginations.”
Right now, Nolan is one of the best directors thus far at Warner Bros. who combines both cinematic films and blockbuster movies creating the love children that is his movies. The man will become a cinematic legend! My favorite movies of Nolan’s are Insomnia, Inception, and Memento. I enjoy his cerebral thrillers that make you think, which is why the success of the Batman movies have been so great because of his beautiful directing and wonderful storytelling with David S. Goyer and Jonathan Nolan. I purposely excluded the Batman trilogy because I value Nolan’s work as a story teller and director. This will be a treat to watch!
