Famous Batman voice actor Kevin Conroy and Joker voice actor Mark Hamill will both be together in Crisis on Infinite Earths: Part 3.

Both actors have risen to iconic status with their voice work starting in 1992 on Batman: The Animated Series. Later on, they reprised their roles in the critically and commercially successful Arkham Trilogy of video games. Since then, both Conroy and Hamill continued to reprise their roles across various projects, thus never leaving the fan consciousness.

However, in 2022 Conroy tragically passed away due to cancer at age 66. This left many fans wondering when would be the last time they’d be able to hear Conroy’s distinctive Batman voice.

Initially, fans believed Conroy’s final performance as Batman was in the video game Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. However, the game drew ire when it revealed an unceremonious in-story ending to the Dark Knight.

Kevin Conroy is in ‘Crisis’

But now IGN has revealed that Conroy’s last vocal performance was actually recorded for the upcoming animated feature Crisis on Infinite Earths Part 3. What’s more, Hamill also reprises his Joker role (presumably) for the last time in the animated film.

It should be noted that IGN’s news comes from an unnamed source close to the production. Furthermore, they reached out to get an official confirmation from both Warner Bros. Home Entertainment and they responded that they could not comment on the film. Additionally, Hamill’s representative also did not respond when asked. So while it seems likely, that Conroy and Hamill will be voicing their roles in the movie, it hasn’t been officially confirmed yet.

Crisis on Infinite Earths Part 1 recently came out, Part 2 will be released on April  23, 2024. There’s no official release date for Crisis Part 3 yet, although it is highly likely to come out this year.
