Nowadays, walking into a comic book store, you’re no longer just treated to shelves and spinner racks of comic books. These days, Comic shops are more like art galleries, featuring figures, statues, and prints of some of our favorite characters. We’re all seen them, sitting in glass display cases. Beautifully intricate, and breathtaking. The biggest name in the game has got to be Sideshow Collectibles, right? Retailer and manufacturer of some of the best high-end toys, statues, and figures around. DC’s partnership with Sideshow over the years has produced incredible pieces. This is definitely partnership to be celebrated, right? Well, DC thinks so. They’ve enlisted Insight Editions, and author Andrew Farago, to write a book featuring the many beautiful sculptures to come out of their partnership. DC: Collecting the Multiverse: The Art of Sideshow is now available for pre-order.
