We are almost 48 hours from the midnight premiere give or take and The Dark Knight Rises already has another record under its utility belt, along with biggest non 3D open with early numbers tracking well over the current record. Now Yahoo Finances is reporting that the Rises Marathon has sold over 60,000 tickets, well over The Ultimate Avengers Marathon, and that number is still climbing with AMC adding more Marathon showings for 3:45-4am. Now I really can’t see this not beating 207 million opening weekend, my money is on 225, any takers? The fire rises my friends.
