Now I know most comic fans are already aware of most of the summer’s upcoming Batman titles, but this issue does warrant some special attention. Batman #21, aka “Batman: Zero Year,” is the New 52’s interpretation on the origin of the Dark Knight to be released next month. It is written of course by the legendary Scott Snyder, who has already brought us the amazing Court of Owls and Death of the Family story arcs. We have also just received word, that as this is a monumental issue of the New 52 relaunch, and of DC Comics in general, that the cover of Batman #21 will be embossed, as in the past with Death of the Family, the covers were only die-cut. This will be a very cool issue to grab, and I’m sure many fans will want to get their hands on a copy.
