Bat-Mite is coming to LEGO Batman: The Legacy of the Dark Knight video game.

DC Studios president James Gunn personally revealed it on his social media accounts with a hilarious caption. “Without further ado, my favorite little creep, Bat-Mite!” Dang, Gunn that is a very unflattering way to describe Bat-Mite!

Gunn posted a teaser video of an entire Bat-Mite store. The video explored the wide array of stuff to purchase with the in-game currency (i.e. studs). Previously, TT Games Head of Production Jonathan Smith revealed that Bat-Mite would appear in the game as a non-playable character. Now we know that Bat-Mite is the curator of the Bat-Mite Store. The store allows players to buy all sorts of different Batsuits, accessories and displays for the Batcave.

Surprisingly, this is not Bat-Mite’s first video game appearance in the LEGO Games. Bat-Mite first appeared in LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham way back in 2014. In Beyond Gotham, Bit-Mite was also a non-playable character, but with a different purpose. Previously, he was a guide to drop hints. He also had his own side mission that were fetch quests. While the mischievous 5th-Dimension imp is back to cause more havoc, he seems to have a different purpose.

LEGO Batman: The Legacy of the Dark Knight is set to come out May 22nd on gaming platforms.
