In case you missed it the first time, Sideshow Collectibles is re-issuing a beautiful scene from their DC Battle Statues line. This one features the Dark Knight atop of a mad roller-coaster bearing Mistah J’s face on it. There, he is determined to apprehend Harley Quinn. Her trusty hyena companions are also aboard to help keep the Bats at bay. This DC Battle Statue should please most Batfans.

Designed by Rey Taira and sculpted by Alejandro Pereira; This statue features our favorite Caped Crusader, hell-bent on capturing Harley on a Joker roller-coaster likely moving at an alarming speed. Need more? The coaster’s track is rigged with a ton of dynamite. Definitely something fitting one of Joker’s grand, theatrical schemes. It’s just unfortunate that poor Harley is the bait once again.

Originally released back in September 2017 with some manufacturer defects, Sideshow Collectibles is reissuing this stunningly detailed statue with a brand new paint job. Instead of Batman’s classic ’70s blue on gray, Bats is now sporting a more modern, Dark Knight look with black on gray. Personally, I’m wondering why Bats isn’t concerned about that hyena. It’s probably because he’s the Batman.

Take a look:

This Battle Statue stands 14 inches tall with an estimated shipping date of March 2020. For something this detailed, I expected it to be be pricey, but it’s a somewhat reasonable $375. It’s still going to take some saving, but this will be a very wonderful addition to any Bat-collections out there.
