DC All Access: ‘Teen Titans: The Judas Contract’

Teen Titans: The Judas Contract is set for release in April.

While the trailer debuted a while ago, DC All Access is now breaking it down to draw similarities to the popular comic book story.

One of the most beloved storylines in Teen Titans history gets an animated adaptation in Teen Titans: The Judas Contract, the newest DC Universe Original Movie. In this DC All Access clip, we break down the trailer to this hotly anticipated film, discovering the comic book connections to be found within.

The film is following continuity with last year’s Justice League vs. Teen Titans. However, the story seems closely inspired by the popular 1980’s arc.

Batman has been the star of the DC Animated movies, appearing most of them in at least a supporting role. I don’t see him in this trailer, so maybe there’s a lot of faith the movie can live without him? We’ll have to wait and see.

Teen Titans: The Judas Contract is set for an April 4 release date on Digital HD. The film will be available on Blu-Ray and DVD on April 18.
