There is a new image displaying what Barbara Gordon’s alter ego Batgirl looks like in the upcoming animated adaptation of The Killing Joke.
It has been revealed in order to give Batgirl more backstory and explore her career more for the movie, there will be a prologue set years before the actual events of The Killing Joke. Barbara Gordon/Batgirl is voiced by Tara Strong, who started voicing the character in The New Adventures of Batman animated series back in the 90s.
