Since last week, it’s been the talk of the town that we were getting a sneak peek from the upcoming Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice trailer during this week’s episode of Gotham. As promised, it aired towards the end of the fall finale of Gotham, but it quickly appeared online!
If you were expecting big things, well, you won’t be disappointed because even though it doesn’t last long, the general excitement around this blockbuster just went up to another level! The full trailer will hit this Wednesday, December 2nd on Jimmy Kimmel Live.

This scene expands upon the brief glimpses we got from the Comic-Con trailer. On display during NYCC, there was a figure of this trenchcoat-sporting Bats labeled Knightmare Batman. Considering the circumstances and the unlikelihood that Supes would corner Bats like this, it seems to add support to the theory that all the scenes featuring this Batman is all part of a dream sequence. Also, Batfleck seems to be suffering from the disappearing eye shadow that comes from removing the cowl.
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is scheduled to hit theatres March 25, 2016.
