The CW isn’t a network that’s uttered here at DKN, mostly because the only Bat-based show on TV is on Fox. However, it looks like an iconic Batman supporting character and on-again, off-again love interest/baby mama will be making her way to the CW.
Previously, Ra’s al Ghul, his daughter Nyssa, and the League of Assassins were featured very heavily in season 3 of Arrow. However, Talia was nowhere to be found. It looks like the writers intend to rectify that this season. Starting in episode 10, actress Lexa Doig will be playing the heiress to the League. Her credits are full of Scifi TV series’ including Andromeda, Stargate, and V. She’s tied in to play Talia in multiple episodes as a recurring role.
Check the description:
“The daughter of Ra’s al Ghul (Matt Nable) and the half-sister of Nyssa (Katrina Law). Worldly and cultured, Talia is an elite warrior who doesn’t pick sides but rather creates her own. She will initially appear in episode 510 and appear in multiple episodes.”
With a character as important as Talia, the writers have got to have something intriguing up their sleeve, right? I mean, it’s obvious that she’d likely be seeking revenge, but there’s got to be a decent explanation for her absence all that time.
What do you think?
