Sideshow Collectibles and Moor-Art have teamed up to give us the lovely new Batman: A Beautiful Lie Fine Art Print, by artist Sarah Atwa.

Inspired by the opening scene of 2016’s Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, directed by Zack Snyder, Batman looks down at the words “In the dream … they took me to the light … a beautiful lie”. Just from the cleft of his chin, it’s easy to see that Batsy resembles Ben Affleck, even with most of his face hidden by his own dark shadows.

Batman: A Beautiful Lie

Bright light shines down on the vigilante, making his symbol practically glow and highlighting the permanent scowl of his mask. The beautiful illusion of this piece is that the light shining on the Dark Knight’s iconic bat symbol, is actually the opening of the Bat Cave and bats are flying towards.

Available as an unframed giclée print or in a custom framed presentation, each piece comes with an embossed Sideshow Seal of Authenticity. With a limited 175 pieces being made, don’t miss out on adding the Batman: A Beautiful Lie Fine Art Print to your collection, by pre-ordering at Sideshow Collectibles today.
