After his father’s murder, Terry McGinnis meets an old, bitter Bruce Wayne in his journey to discover the truth. Bruce refuses to join the investigation, even after his vigilante identity is discovered, so Terry decides to do it himself. Donning a high-tech Batsuit, he becomes Batman Beyond and sets out to avenge his father’s death.
Coming from an alternate universe, Justice Lord Superman is not like the Man of Steel we al know and love. After killing his world’s President Lex Luthor he forms a new idea of justice. The Justice League fall into the darkness with him. and the new group of Justice Lords enforce law and order by any means necessary in their world, and rule with an iron fist.
In their first ever crossover, the two meet when Terry’s traveling through the Justice Lords’ dystopian world. While Batman an Supes think that Wonder Woman, who’d stayed to keep the Lords in order after the Justice League first defeated them, is acting strange. Things, of course, do not go to plan., so it’s up the the Justice League to protect the world from villains just as strong but much more ruthless than themselves.
