Sideshow Collectibles have just added two Greek-inspired statures, “Batman: Champion of Gotham City” and “Superman: Prince of Krypton” to their ever-growing lineup. Sculpted by Laurent Pierlot, these white and gold statues of the gladiator versions of the heroes are stunning.

“Batman: Champion of Gotham City” has the hero standing triumphantly over his newest adversary, which may or may not be Man-Bat, armed with a removable shield in the shape of his Bat symbol. Measuring 12 inches from the tip of his golden helmet to the bottom of his stand, the Dark Knight’s ready for his next big fight.

Standing at a grand 15 inches tall, “Superman: Prince of Krypton” holds his golden sword high and proud. With Kryptonian letters on his armor that translate to ‘Prince of Krypton’ and the helmet at his feet beside some crystals found in the Fortress of Solitude, the Man of Steel is fighting for the honor of his home planet.

These two figures are parts of the Cryptozoic’s Pantheon of Justice series. Sculpted with meticulous detail, they look like they’ve come straight from a museum. Of course, these are only the second and third statues of three, joining the original Wonder Woman release. The Amazonian Princess has now been joined by her brothers in arms as classic Greek-inspired statues.
