‘LEGO Batman Movie’ Box Office Update: Week Five

The LEGO Batman Movie continues to perform at a steady pace, earning an additional $7.8 million domestically.

The film is number five at the North American box office, behind films such as Logan and Kong: Skull Island. The domestic gross is just a hair under $160 million. This makes it the highest grossing film of 2017 so far. Of course, it will be short-lived as Logan is quickly catching up and Beauty and the Beast is expected to open big this coming weekend.

In the foreign markets, LEGO Batman took in a little over $5 million. This makes the overseas total $116.5 million. Overall, the movie has earned $275. 6 million worldwide.

The LEGO Batman Movie is now playing in theaters.
