Recently John Layman stated that he will be writing a new DC book and will be announced at NYCC 2013. He also said that he will continue to write Detective Comics. However, Bleeding Cool has reported that Francis Manapul and Brian Buccellato might become the new creative team for Detective Comics. So…what’s going with this? Manapul and Buccellato are the creative team from Flash, which they will be leaving soon. We’ll see what happens when New York Comic Con 2013 comes around.
Is it possible that Layman will be writing Catwoman for 2014? Guess we’ll see. Hopefully, Jason Fabok will follow Layman to Catwoman as well.
