I might really like this issue with Batwoman. I see now that J. H. Williams III is exploring urban legends that haunted many children in their youths even my own. The idea that something could be so real as well as so far fetched is quite fascinating. I like how Williams is using our knowledge of Bloody Mary to connect us to Batwoman‘s story line. I do appreciate his efforts to relate to the audience. Besides the whole urban legend tidbit, Wonder Woman is going to be in this issue. Now…why in the hell is Wonder Thighs in this issue? I mean she’s more a legend than an urban legend, but I guess the fact that Wonder Woman deals with mystical and paranormal villains might have something to do with Batwoman.
