Jared Leto is playing the Joker in the upcoming movie adaptation of the Suicide Squad and recently he might have been having a laugh at the expense of the fans by saying “Batman is dead” after a fan told him he was reminding him of Batman. He was probably having some fun, but it’d be interesting if Leto accidentally revealed something about the DC Movie Universe, like if Batman were dead or believed to be dead after the events of Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice. Obviously the Joker wouldn’t be happy if he wasn’t the one to ice the Batman, but it just seems to be an off-handed comment. Still, something to think about, if you want to continue to hypothesize on what’s going to happen during the film. For now, take this one with a grain of salt.
