John K. Martin, Time Warner‘s Chief Financial Officer dished out a statement of the new Batman: Arkham game see below:
And we also have a strong games release this year, which will include the next release in the Batman Arkham franchise. So all in all, we expect Warners to post another very strong year in 2013.
So with all the evidence from last time, the Warner Bros. registered slew of Arkham-themed domains and the recently Time Warner called out to their investors to pitch up the game. Yes, we want a new game and hopefully they will be wise enough to call Paul Dini (former writer of Batman: Arkham games) to get another great storyline for this year’s game. Cross fingers on that one.
However according to sources from VG247, it seems that Rocksteady Studios will not be developing the game. This is a bummer, but we’ll have to see where all this will go in the end.
