A new trailer for Titans season 3 has just been released, and it looks like things are about to get even more interesting!

In the trailer, we’re finally seeing Barbra Gordon! Whether she will eventually put on her Batgirl suit, or become the eye in the sky known as Oracle, are both things we can only hope for, but no matter what direction they take her in, she’s still an amazing character.
For fans of the anti-hero Red Hood, we’re all in for a treat. Staying true to the moment fans voted for all those years ago, Jason Todd is thoroughly introduced to a crowbar in a life-altering event. See what I did there? I know of someone who would have loved that bad joke… the Joker!

With the re-birth of Red Hood and with Barbra being in a wheelchair, most likely from events similar to those from The Killing Joke, it’s safe to say that there’s a strong possibility that Joker could be one of the big bads, in Titans season 3. If he isn’t, just seeing him laughing at the disaster he brings with him is enough for me.
It looks like we’ll finally get to see more backstory for this new version of Starfire, and we see a glimpse of her sister Blackfire. Plus, there’s a snippet of Scarecrow in Arkham Asylum, since things always go so well when their inmates are involved. We even get to see the newest addition to the Batfamily, a certain Robin named Tim Drake.
We can’t wait to see what is in store for these young heroes next, and who else they’ll be bringing into their universe. We’re just counting down the days until we can finally watch it now!
The newest season of Titans comes to HBO Max on August 12.
