“Sleepover Sirens” is one of the newest offerings from Sideshow Collectibles, a company that has given us many amazing and unique prize pieces over the years, “Sleepover Sirens” continues this tradition. Not only is each character gorgeously rendered and detailed, but they all have their own unique additions. Harley Quinn, Catwoman, and Poison Ivy’s vibe of a Sleepover party Gotham style is fully given, and we get an experience with the sirens all together in a beautifully presented scene that’s a wonder to behold.
Designed by Artist Cameron Scott Davis, these figures range in size from four to seven inches. Davis brings his passion for the characters to life with Sculptor Mark Newman and Painter Holly Knevelbaard on the team with Sideshow. I love Davis’s visions for each Siren and I really like his descriptions for them.
Harley has always been one of my favorite characters in all of comics and it was a fun task imagining how her outfit and likeness could be translated into pajamas. Poison Ivy has always carried a touch of class and I was heavily influenced by 1950’s pinup art for her design. Catwoman is another one of my favorite female villains. Lounging about with an adorable little buddy only seemed natural.
