Amazon France recently added a listing for Batman Beyond – The Animated Series, with a release date of October 30 this year. The global corporation has the series listed as two standard Blu-Ray disc sets, priced at roughly $67, with a six-disc Deluxe Edition priced at roughly $112.
This is exciting news, as Batman Beyond is an all-time great animated series. We definitely love it over here at Dark Knight News.

This will be the first full series release on Blu-Ray. Set to include all 52 episodes, spanning three seasons, it’s touted to also include the feature length Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker animated movie. The film itself has had a Blu-Ray release, back in 2011. Any additional content available on the six-disc Deluxe Edition has yet to be revealed.
There has been no official confirmation from Warner Bros., although it’s highly possible that we’ll receive news later this month. Warner Bros are hosting a 20th anniversary panel for the show at San Diego Comic-Con Thursday, July 18. Promising fans “exclusive prizes and cool announcements”.
