Behind-The-Scenes ‘Gotham’ Videos Show Joker and Batman

Gotham may have ended, but some new behind-the-scenes videos give fans up-close looks of Batman and Joker from the final episode.

Make-up effects artist Ben Bornstein posted a video on Instagram of Cameron Monaghan’s transformation into the Joker.

As you can see, a lot of time and care went into the Joker’s scarred look. Bornstein’s FX shop, Taking Shape Studio, created Cameron Monaghan’s make up.

A Closer Look at ‘Gotham’s Batman

Furthermore, stuntman Mikhail Mudrik also posted a video on his Instagram. This revealed BTS looks at Gotham’s Batman. The costume was pretty basic, standard black suit with bat-embellishments.

Mudrik replaced Gotham‘s Bruce Wayne actor David Mazouz in the Batman scenes to achieve a taller facade. Mazouz was relegated to close-ups in the Bat-suit and the voice.

Gotham Season 5 and The Complete Series will be available on Blu-ray and DVD on June 11th, 2019.
