Bret Booth who is the artist for Teen Titans and does awesome artwork in general. I tweeted him about any new baddies coming onto Nightwing and he showed this picture on his Twitter. I am not a huge fan of Nightwing, but this villain peaks my interest. The design just screams sinister. So for all those into Nightwing do you think this villain will give Dick a run for his money?
