The title is more than just whimsical – Crazy Quilt, one of Batman’s goofiest villains, is actually a teacher at Super Hero High. He’s tasked the girls with designing new costumes. Diana just can’t seem to find the right inspiration, so Harley Quinn and the other gals provide help.
