Bruce and Damian Wayne Reunite in New ‘Batman and Robin’ Comic

DC Comics has revealed their next big Batman title: Batman and Robin, starring the father/son Dynamic Duo of Bruce and Damian Wayne.

The series was announced at MegaCon in Florida. This will be another title in their “Dawn of DC” publishing initiative. The comic is a follow-up to the recently-concluded Batman vs. Robin series.

Writer Joshua Williamson and artist Simone Di Meo are the creative team on the series, and it will be an ongoing title. Not much is known about the plans for the comic but there are teases about Damian getting his very own Robin Mobile, which looks more like a dune buggy.

Check out the description from the official DC press release:

“After Batman vs. Robin and Lazarus Planet, Bruce and Damian Wayne are back together again, investigating mysterious new cases and monsters in Gotham, in Batman and Robin!

Launching this September, Batman and Robin is from writer Joshua Williamson and artist Simone Di Meo, and fans got a first look at the first issue’s cover, interior artwork, and designs for a Robin Mobile, all crafted by Di Meo.”

Batman and Robin will hit comic shops in September 2023.
