So who do we want to be our first downloadable character in Injustice: Gods Among Us? Well, why not the intergalactic bounty hunter and cigar-smoking biker, Lobo? Click the jump to see more.
I heard this news a few weeks back and it piqued my interest because Lobo is one bad mofo and it would be pretty damn cool to play as the character… or at least have the option to play as him. The guy is ruthless, badass, and always fun to watch and it’d be great to see how he plays. Now, we’re getting that luxury.
Yesterday, the character trailer went up and unfortunately Batman is his target:
From the get-go, Lobo has the upper-hand and almost destroys him all throughout the trailer, but I’ll forgive him just because he’s so cool. From flipping off Bats to lighting his cigar, Lobo seems by far the most fun character thus far. Yeah, he seems a little slow and bulky, but I’d wager that the laughs he brings are well worth it.
According to Ed Boon, the main man at NetherRealm, you should expect this DLC pack on May 7, 2013.
