Warner Bros. Home Entertainment and DC Entertainment are starting production on the feature-length documentary, Necessary Evil: Villains of DC Comics. Click the jump to see more.
Joker, Sinestro, Lex Luthor
Every one hates the villains, but you have to say they are bad ass because they have better costumes and willing to do what the heroes won’t. I’m not saying they need to inspiring for young children, no. But, as an adult or young adult you admire their style. From Batman‘s legendary foes like The Joker and Bane, to Superman‘s arch-enemies Lex Luthor and Darkseid, the new documentary Necessary Evil: Villains of DC Comics will explore over seven decades of evil plots and dastardly deeds.
Production will begin at WonderCon 2013 on March 30th in Anaheim, CA, and you can get in on the action yourself. Come to the convention dressed as your favorite DC villain and you might get included in the documentary. Filming will take place Saturday morning at the DC Entertainment booth (#801), so look your best — or worst, as the case may be. And if you can’t make WonderCon, there will most likely be more opportunities at the San Diego Comic Con 2013 and New York Comic Con 2013 later this year.
