We have seen this mysterious  hand cannon gun . Many of us have been wondering if it was a EMP gun . Well turns out Mattel shows off another action figure from The Dark Knight Rises toy line that reveals exactly what this gun is. If you where thinking it was a EMP gun then you where right all along .

EMP is a side-effect of intense radiation bursts, usually from a nuclear weapon. Its effect is to fry most semiconductor-based electronics within its effective range, which is to say most electronics these days.
