Comic book readers, movie fanatics, television show followers, geeks, nerds, and casual shoppers can all agree on one thing: Funko’s Pop line of collectibles have been taking over conventions, shops, and general stores for the past few years. It is actually quite hard, nowadays, to find a place that doesn’t have a shelving unit stacked sky high with these fun little ‘pop culture’ figurines. Funko has been so successful, in fact, that most characters from comics/movies/tv shows have multiple versions available to collect.
Recently, Funko announced their newest collection in the vein of Batman: the Impopsters (see what they did there?). The line will include the classic Batman mold with the signature oversized head, but dressed in the colors and outfits of some the classic members of the Batman Rogues Gallery. To make it even more fun, a few of the Impopsters will mimic Batgirl as well!
The current lineup includes the likes of Harley Quinn, The Penguin, The Riddler, Scarecrow, and Two-Face! The Impopsters will release over the course of the next several months, so that collectors can own the entire set just in time for Christmas! Check out the gallery below!
