If you watched the Oscars last night, then you might have noticed a certain brooding, caped crusader showing up. Briefly taking the song “Everything is Awesome” out of its happy tempo, the Dark Knight would like to remind you about the darkness and how dead his parents are in the middle of a song about how everything is great, and the world can be a magical place. Thanks to ABC TV Network, we can watch this wonderful little performance from the Oscars over and over again. I think even by the end, Batman is won over by the idea that everything can be awesome as he dances in the background while the Lonely Island guys, Tegan and Sara, and a whole bunch of extras dance. Hopefully we’ll be seeing more of this incredibly dark, brooding, and clearly badass take on the Dark Knight when he gets his own Lego: Batman Movie. Keep doing your Batman thing, Will Arnett.
