“Death of a Family” continues in Issue 14’s of Batman, Batgirl, Catwoman, & Suicide Squad. Click the jump to see more of this post.
October has come and gone with Issue 13’s of the Batman comics. The best part about October was the prelude to “Death of a Family” story arc. Since it is November, the story arc will continue with the Issue 14’s of Batman, Batgirl, Catwoman, and Suicide Squad. You can refer to the “Death of a Family” Checklist HERE.
The other Batman comic books won’t be entering the “Death of a Family” until Issue 15 in December. Still, they have good stories to tell this month. Nightwing #14 will be continuing its “Lady Shiva” story arc before entering “Death of a Family.” Detective Comics #14 will be continuing its “Emperor Penguin” story arc, which many fans have started to enjoy John Layman’s work on Issue #13. I’m totally excited to see Red Hood & the Outlaws leaving the intergalactic scene and getting back to adventure time on planet Earth with Superman. Batwoman is continuing her team up with Wonder Woman, which is buzzing with raves. Talon will be continuing onto it’s second issue, super awesome!
What I will be doing differently for comic book reviews is only review books that are (in my opinion) review worthy. Comic books that are not so worthy will written in a paragraph in a new section called Batman Pile Breakdown. This new section will have the rest of the Batman comic books for each week. Those comic book reviews will be a paragraph short and will include a few favorite panels from that issue as well as a rating.
Enjoy your week’s comic books and check down below for when your favorite comic books will be coming out. Expect reviews for each comic book. Comment down below, DKN Facebook, DKNewsCom, or DC Comics Fans on which comic book is your favorite and how do you feel about some of the recent issues lately?
