The Dark Knight Rises opens big in China. Now we’re really going to see how well China likes Batman compared to Iron Man, which is supposed to be China’s favorite superhero character. On it’s first day the film opened to $4.5 million, the highest 2D opener for Warner Bros. in China, which is groundbreaking for Warner Bros.’ record!
