Tom Hardy Talks About Ledger’s Role As The Joker

The Dark Knight Rises star Tom Hardy is playing Bane, a brutal foe for Batman. In a recent interview with Tom, he talked briefly about Heath Ledger’s role as The Joker in The Dark Knight. Hardy was asked about following Ledger’s role and here’s what he said:

It’s just trying to be the best that we can be, rather then trying to be better than somebody else. I’m not trying to be better than somebody else.” “What he did was amazing. That’s that. I’ve got a part I’ve got to play, and I want to play my part.
