Donal Logue has joined the Gotham TV series cast as Harvey Bullock, who may serve as Jim Gordon’s mentor and partner. As mentioned before, James Gordon will be portrayed by Ben McKenzie, who actually voiced Batman in 2011’s animated adaptation of Batman: Year One. Additionally, Robin Lord Taylor has been cast as Penguin, Zabryna Guevara as Captain Essen, Sean Pertwee as Alfred Pennyworth, and Erin Richards as Barbara Kean.
