Arnold Schwarzenegger reminisces about Batman & Robin and shares his thoughts on the movie. Click the jump to see more.

In a recent issue of Empire Magazine, Arnold Schwarzenegger was asked if he regretted his role as Mr. Freeze in Batman & Robin. His response was quite surprising and well spoken, see his response below:

“I don’t regret it at all. I felt that the character was interesting and two movies before that one, Joel Schumacher was at his height. So the decision-making process was not off. At the same time I was doing Eraser over there and Warner Bros. begged me to do the movie. In most cases I don’t regret the movies that failed or were not as good. It’s always easy to be smug in hindsight, right?”

Eh, Schwarzenegger is right. It is easy to find a lot and I mean a lot of fault in the movie. There are some Batman fans who do like the movie for it was worth. Truth be told, Mr. Freeze was the highlight of the movie even though his puns and jokes were winter and cold inspired. That’s what you expect Mr. Freeze to say. Still, his suit was really cool back then for the time in the late 1990’s.
