DC K.O. #4 is the long awaited Absolute characters vs OG heroes. Will emo and roided up versions of our heroes win the day? Let’s shout about it!

Everyone is ANGRY!

So we’ve seen singles bouts… We’ve seen team up fights, there’ve been boss battles and even a 4 issue mini series for someone who tried to cheat. Now after a long spell of what ifs, who wins and why choose Connor Hawke. We finally, finally get to see the Absolute versions of Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman fight their main earth counterparts.
So far from all the books coming out next month, or next next month, we all figured that Superman was gonna win this tournament, but it appears that the battle ain’t over yet… This issue gives us twist after twist after mind controlled twist. I really love when writers manage to surprise us in this day and age, with spoilers and websites dedicated to “You Won’t Believe the clickbait that happens after DC KO” so well done to Snyder and Williamson. (Also we don’t post any reviews with spoilers, that’s why Dark Knight News is the best).

One Final Round

After what can only be described as an interesting series, filled with some fantasy dream fights, some filler issues and some questionable decisions. This issue leads us into the final battle with the most tantalizing ending of all. Who will win the heart of Apocalypse. What will happen to the main continuity when it’s all over. Will this be a soft reboot? Will this be DC K.O. Secret Wars? Only time, and one final issue… Will tell…

Conclusion

DC K.O. #4 is loaded with great fights, great moments and more than a few twists. So grab your copy, read it and let us know what you think! Until the next final battle… Ding… Ding…
