Back in May, we published an article about the all-new Batman: Arkham Shadow game. Back then all we knew was that it would be a Meta Quest 3 Virtual Reality exclusive release, we had no story points and no real idea as to what the game would be about. That has now all changed, with an official story trailer, and a press release from DC:

Rat vs. Bat

The official teaser trailer showed Batman facing down an army of rats, which led many comics fans and video-game enthusiasts to assume that the villain of the piece would be the Rat Catcher. However, the press release and the new story trailer suggest a new character, the Rat-King, who has two armies: one made up of rats, and a human one, too.
This ups the stakes considerably and will hopefully make this game another Arkham winner.
