Mortal Kombat has been adding more beloved characters to its repertoire. This time, they’re adding John Cena’s Peacemaker!
In a Youtube video for Mortal Kombat 1, we get to see the attacks Peacemaker can perform, besides just siccing his trusty eagle on his foes. Peace: Unlocked.
Swooping in to help, Eagly can claw and peck at the opponent while Peacemaker uses his Anti-Gravity helmet to drop down on their back. The anti-hero can also throw himself at his target with the Torpedo helmet and use it to emit a Sonic Boom, blowing them to pieces.
Using his Forcefield, Peacemaker can reflect any incoming attacks at his opponent, smack them around with his shield and blow poison darts. Of course, kneeing, kicking, and hitting are all in his skill set too… or he can just shoot them in the head, that works too.
Peacemaker is available to purchase right now, with Mortal Kombat 1 Premium Edition, or as part of a Kombat Pack that also includes: Quan Chi (Mortal Kombat: Defenders Of The Real), Ermac (Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3), Homelander (The Boys), Omni-Man (Invincible), and Takeda (Mortal Kombat X).
Mortal Kombat 1 is free to trial from March 7th-10th on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC (Steam and Epic Game Store). Playable characters in Mortal Kombat 1 are Liu Kang, Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Raiden, Kung Lao, Kitana, Mileena, Johnny Cage, Kenshi, Smoke, Rain, Li Mei, Tanya, Baraka, Geras, Reptile, Ashrah, Havik, General Shao, Sindel, Reiko, Nitara, and Shang Tsung.
