McFarlane Toys’ New ‘BTAS’ Line Features Build-A-Figure Condiment King

The new wave of Batman: The Animated Series from McFarlane Toys showcases a build-a-figure Condiment King.

The rest of the line has a pretty well-rounded roster of characters; Batman, Robin, Mr. Freeze, and Scarecrow. All of the figures come with a personalized accessory, 22 points of articulation, a collectible trading card, and a piece of the build-a-figure Condiment King. All of them are 6-inches tall and sport a cell-shaded paint job to simulate the shadow rendering on the legendary TV show, Batman: The Animated Series.

McFarlane Toys Figures Specs

Batman comes with five alternate hands, a grappling hook launcher, a batarang, and the Condiment King’s arms. You can pre-order him here.

Robin comes with five alternate hands, the grappling line, and the Condiment King’s legs. It also seems like Robin is slightly off-model. His cape is pure black, but in the cartoon, it’s black with a yellow in-seam, a surprising mistake for a typically detail-oriented McFarlane Toys. It also seems like his cape is slightly draped over his right shoulder, which could limit his arm’s movement. You can pre-order him here.

Mr. Freeze comes with 8 extra hands, his freeze gun, and the Condiment King’s backpack. Unfortunately, due to the character having a glass dome over his head, it does not allow him to turn it. You can pre-order him here.

Finally, the Scarecrow comes with two extra hands, his scythe, an alternate unmasked Jonathan Cane head, and the Condiment King’s torso and head. You can pre-order him here.

All of the figures go on sale on October 1st at $29.99 USD each.
