‘The Joker: The Last Laugh’ (Variant) Art Print by Jason Edmiston

Sideshow has released The Joker: Last Laugh Variant Fine Art Print, a fraught DC Comics art print by Jason Edmiston, after Brian Bolland. This variant offers an alternate subdued color palette, more in line with Bolland’s own original vision for his comic book work.

So when you find yourself locked onto an unpleasant train of thought, heading for the places in your past where the screaming is unbearable, remember there’s always madness.”

It’s one madman in a world gone nuts, with The Joker: Last Laugh Variant Fine Art Print! Wrapped in monochrome and drenched in pouring rain, The Joker pulls at his unruly green hair as a wild red smile splits his face.

Behind the clown makeup, his eyes spell terror – but is it his own, or yours? Either way, he’s laughing uncontrollably, with an overlapping black and white collage of the words HAHA surrounding his demented silhouette.

Based on Brian Bolland’s re-colored 2008 art for the 20th anniversary of The Killing Joke (1988), written by Alan Moore for DC Comics, the piece is now available to fans as an unframed giclée print or in a custom framed presentation. Each one features an authorized, automated artist signature and an embossed Sideshow Seal of Authenticity as part of the ultra-limited edition of only 100 pieces.

You’ll always see the funny side when you bring home The Joker: Last Laugh Variant Fine Art Print by Jason Edmiston!

The print is now available to pre-order from Sideshow Collectibles and is expected to be shipped between August 2023 and September 2023.
