Sideshow Collectibles have released a brand new life-size bust of Catwoman (Selina Kyle) by Infinity Studios X Penguin Toys. Recreating the character, as portrayed by Anne Hathaway in The Dark Knight Rises, this Life-Size Bust features her iconic catsuit, slicked hair, and options to display her masked or unmasked. The result is a jaw-dropping and stunning, high-quality likeness sure to thrill any DC Comics fan.
The piece is extremely highly detailed and so realistic looking, it kind of reminds me of the waxworks at Madame Tussauds. Every facial feature and the skin on this life-size bust really do look so real. It’s made from Polystone and medical platinum silicone and measures approximately Height: 28.75″ (73 cm)Width: 33.08″ (84 cm) Depth: 14.18″ (36 cm) Weight: 55.11 lbs. (25 kg). The hair appears to be made of synthetic fibers and the tight-fitting catsuit, mask and gloves appear to be made from synthetic leather or latex.
The base has a Gotham City skyline and a plaque with the Batman The Dark Knight Rises Logo. There’s a light blue collar around the base which is a nice contrast as the rest of the bust is so dark.
It’s limited to only 399 pieces and each one comes with a rather hefty price tag of $3,705/£2,833.97, but it’s quite simply stunning and I don’t think I have ever seen a collectible that has such a real look to it.
This would make an amazing addition to any DC Comics/ Batman fan’s collection. The life-size Catwoman bust is available to pre-order from the Sideshow Collectibles website and is expected to ship October 2023- December 2023.
