The Flash Movie: Michael Keaton On Set And Supergirl’s Outfit Revealed

After a very, very long delay, The Flash movie has finally begun filming! Thanks to fans watching the production from afar and taking photos, we’ve gotten to see some great things already, such as Sasha Calle’s Supergirl outfit, Michael Keaton looking very Bruce Wayne, and Ezra Miller wearing an oversized suit.

ComicCommunity on instagram have gathered a lot of the new photos from The Flash movie set in London:

The Old, The New And The Borrowed

Sasha Calle, the actress playing Supergirl, is very new to the screen, only having appeared in the series The Young And Restless until now, so we can only trust the casting team’s choice. Her outfit looks very similar to Henry Cavill’s, with the scale/chainmail texture, and coded line of text going through the “S” of the logo.

Michael Keaton will be reprising his role as Batman, which is apt, as Tim Burtons Batman ’89 film recently celebrated its 32nd anniversary. From the photos, it seems that he will be playing an older version of Bruce, either way, we are looking forward to Keaton and Affleck’s first scene together.

The director, Andy Muschietti, stated:

The interaction and relationship between [Ezra Miller’s character] Barry and Affleck’s Wayne will bring an emotional level that we haven’t seen before.

The Flash is set for release on November 4, 2022.

Fun Fact: Keaton’s iconic bat symbol is the one our latest Dark Knight News logo is based on! So we’re really looking forward to seeing him back in action again.
